General Delivery Information
If you are in the NY Metropolitan area, Wrap-N-Pack offers same day or next day delivery for all orders over $200.00. Orders under $200.00 will be shipped via UPS.

If you are outside the NY Metropolitan area, deliveries are made via UPS.

“BRIGHT ‘N EARLY” Same Day Delivery
If you place an order by 11:00 A.M. and ask for “BRIGHT ‘N EARLY” service, Wrap-N-Pack guarantees that your order will be delivered by 5:00 P.M. You must be in the NY Metro area and place a minimum order of $200.00. A small $35.00 service fee is required.

“IN BY 5” Next Day Delivery
If you place an order by 5:00 P.M. and ask for “IN BY 5” service, we guarantee free next day delivery. If we fail to meet our commitment, we will credit $100.00 to your account. You must be in the NY Metro area and place a minimum order of $200.00.

Service Technicians
Wrap-N-Pack offers expert service technicians to help keep your packaging and shipping equipment operating at optimum performance levels. Our technician will either come to your place of business or you can have your equipment serviced in our facility. Normal service hours are from 7am to 3pm but you can reach our Maintenance Supervisor anytime at (631) 756-0440 ext. 1350.
